Apple Cider Caramels with Candy Caps

This caramel is such a delightful surprise! Candy Caps are mushrooms that grow wild in Northern California.
These tiny mushrooms are added to the apple cider caramel base, making the candy taste (and smell) just like maple syrup — aptly named “Candy Cap”
We promise you they don't taste like mushrooms!

All these luxurious caramels start as freshly-pressed cider, made from the heirloom apples were grown on the Sonoma County organic farm. Candies are slow-cooked to buttery perfection using local butter and cream + freshly ground spices. Every caramel is dusted with Pink Pearl apple powder and vanilla bean sea salt to create both a delicious and beautiful treat!
