Minimums
Group gifting minimum with branding is $1,500.
Smaller orders can be placed on individual box page on our website and include a handwritten notecard.
Branded Items
Some branded items (mugs, tumblers, etc.) require a minimum box order of 50. Please inquire for more information.
Timelines
Events and boxes are secured when order is confirmed. Final box counts are due 2-5 weeks before the in-hands date depending on box inclusions.
Addresses are due 10 days before the in-hands date.

Shipping
International shipping available. $25 processing fee per box plus the additional cost to ship.
Wine gifts can ship to VA and DC only.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final when they leave the Cheers in a Box headquarters. If a gift has been returned to us, we will notify you immediately and you have 1 week to respond and let us know what you would like to do with it. Gifts that need a new address will incur a $15 re-packaging fee plus the new cost to ship.
If the package arrives damaged or is returned to us due to an issue with the carrier we will replace it and send out a new gift asap.
We do not offer cancellations or refunds.
