Produced from Raboso grapes, from the province of Treviso, along the Piave river. No products of chemical synthesis, herbicides, fertilisers or pesticides are used in the vineyard.

Easy drinking and fresh sparkling rose with a gorgeous label.

Vinification: in white, the must is immediately separated from the skins to create a vibrant rosé colour and give it freshness and fragrance. Fermentation is natural with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.

Ageing/Aging: in stainless steel tanks for 10 months

Drinkability: 2 years

Organoleptic examination: intense, lively pink colour, fruity, elegant bouquet. Fresh, pleasant, in the mouth you can feel the wild strawberry.

Sugars: 18 g/l

Pairings: Ideal with fresh cheese and cured meats, also superb with fish. Always enjoyable as an aperitif and with meals.
