Le Versant grenache rosé – Limited edition 2024
This rose is made from 100% Grenache and is an utter delight. Pale salmon in color, the nose is redolent of grapefruit, citrus oils, soft blossoms, and a gentle minerality. Medium-bodied with approachable acidity, the palate is slightly viscous and those citrus oils shine through, along with notes of grapefruit peel, plump red cherry, wild strawberry, and a soft herbal note reminiscent of mint. This is an easy-going rose that would pair excellently with all manner of foods – from salads and fresh fruit to ceviche and white meats.
